World champion and 3-times European team champion, France’s Rida Bel-Lahsen, coach of the Honk-Kong national team, and his wife Stephanie, coach of several nations in the past (Morocco, Luxemburg), organize a week of training from August 24 to August 28 open to competitors from Benjamins, for Kata or Kumite, or both.

Based on their shared experience at the highest level, as a competitor or coach, Rida and Stephanie wish to share their experience and knowledge with all karatekas. Stephanie also collaborates with the club of Sarcelles, where she trains high level kata athletes (Ahmed Zemouri, Gregoire Duchaine, Lucas Chaffort…).

On his side, Rida takes the Honk-Kong fighters to a new level, whom we see more and more on the K1 or Series-A. He will not fail to make you progress during this intense week of effort and work.

Having an important network within the planet Karate, athletes from around the world (a dozen World and European medalists) as well as members of national teams (England, Nepal, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Morocco) in preparation for the World Youth Championships, will participate.

The seminar takes place at the sports center of Sarcelles (near Paris, France) at the rate of 2 classes / day. The trainees can follow the 5 days or just one or two days on weekends.
